Privately owned and Directed by Steve and Janet Culpitt.

Steve is Professionally Qualified to be compliant under ASIC Regulatory Authority 146 and has over 30 years experience in the field of financial advice and service. Steve’s personal professional qualifications are: Diploma Financial Planning (DFP) 1, 2, 3 & 4. Steve’s and Arrow’s ASIC authorised representative numbers are 270473 and 270472 respectively.

Janet specialises in human resources, staff training, compliance, process and administration. She has over 30 years Financial Service experience.

OUR HISTORY

Both Steve and Janet began their careers in Banking.  They advanced through significant areas of expertise in general banking, customer service, lending, insurance and management, met and formed a strong partnership.

Arrow Insurance Consultant Services Pty Ltd was established in 1999 to provide Insurance Services for referral sources such as Finance Brokers, Real Estate Agents and associated referral sources. In 2002 it then expanded into Corporate Superannuation - tendering, sales and administration.
