Put simply, Arrow will provide assistance in the form of a financial service to meet your situation, objectives and needs.

This will be done as follows:

  • Compilation and Review of all existing Super Fund arrangements
  • Consideration of industrial state and federal awards and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements
  • Analysis of Group Salary Continuance, Death and TPD Benefits
  • Provide Policy Committee support and assistance
  • Analysis of any existing Defined Benefit Funds/Target Benefit Member benefits
  • Construction of an appropriate Employee Survey to determine wants and needs
  • Analysis of survey results
  • Tender for superannuation - Design of an appropriate corporate superannuation structure to suit the individual objectives, financial situation and needs of the business and the employees
  • Coordinate and oversee any fund management transition
  • In conjunction with the employer, facilitate an appropriate presentation to superannuation fund members to introduce any new fund with appropriate evaluation
  • Agree and implement an education programme for Members
  • Provide access to other advisery services for fund members specific to their needs
  • Programme review each year
  • Include details of any other agreed service that is to be provided
